The passenger front seat heater stopped working. After several attempts to fix issue, it was never fixed while under the 50K warranty... I brought it in again 1,000 mikes out if warranty and they figure out the problem... Seriously? Well, the dealer service agreed to fix it once part came in... waiting a year and they tell me part was in and sent back and they won't honor repair... Finally, after talking to supervisor and showing documented calls from me asking about part, he agreed to fix problem. Funny how problem is being fixed at same time the TIPM is being repaired... Have to wonder if TIPM was failing when it was under warranty...and they chose to ignore it and wait till it failed when I was responsible for repairs...$1600 later feeling extremely frustrated!
