Noticed musty smell coming from window wells, reported to dealer on last visit. Service department said we were responsible for cost to deep clean as we could not prove responsibility on part of dealer/mfg. Since we are still under warranty we feel this should be a covered negligence on part of mfg. Car has 33,000 miles, we have had for 2 yrs and is garaged every day/night. If rain is getting in between glass and rubber it should go out bottom of door somewhere. Right?
