Takata recall I am concerned driving this car as the parts to repair are not available. I have registered for notification of when parts are available, but need a vehicle to drive in the meantime. Who will provide a vehicle rental? there is now a warning light on.

I received a letter informing me about this safety recall in October 2016. As of yet there is no fix and this is my only vehicle for transportation as of now. This is unacceptable and taking too long for such a safety recall.

Driving on interstate and car jerks and then shuts off ! cars swerve around to avoid hitting me. Thank god! I could start the car back up to get off the road all I could do was cry and pray that no one hit me in the back! that someone would help me to the side of the road! that I would see my children again! called the tow truck and sat in my because I was not prepared to play frogger with my life! googling a how to. Unfortunately, for me there was no option. What really, made me mad was that this was a known problem and others have had this situation! the manufactuer has not addressed this faulty problem!

While on the highway doing 75 mph, my 2013 Avenger immediately dropped to 40 mph. It felt like a car had re ended me, after dropping to 40, my car lost all power. My rpms went to 0, and I had no control while steering. It left me stranded for 45 minutes and suddenly turned back on. This has happened 3 times already. Also, before I had the dealership disconnect my horn, it would randomly blare. Sitting in traffic and it would go off. Sometimes it would beep once, other times it would last anywhere from 2-10 minutes. Turning the car off wouldn't solve the problem, it would actually continue. The mechanics told me it was my tipm (total integrated power module) that caused this to happen, only seen in Chrysler models. This problem has been ongoing starting with my horn since Sep. 23rd, 2016.
