I just finished replacing the bcm on my 96 dodge caravan: aka "the mystery machine" with one from a salvage yard. Before this fix, I had no headlights, wipers(except for the occasional "ghost wipe"),turn signals, wild acting locks. After install of different bcm, nothing has seemingly changed. what gives?

The wipers make a noise when turned on, but the wipers don't move, but you can here the wiper motor running. We replaced the relays but that was not the problem. Any advice?
