TIPM IS A TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN US PROBLEMS SINCE WE PURCHASED IT IN 2002. ABOUT FOUR MONTHS AGO THE VAN WOULD STALL AT DIFFERENT PLACES AND WOULD NEED TO BE TOWED. I HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED THEN THE FUEL PUMP. THEN IT CONTINUED TO STALL. ABOUT A MONTH AGO IT QUIT RUNNING AND WONT START. THIS AFTER I PUT 1500.00 INTO REPAIRS. THEN THE REPAIR SHOP THAT IT WAS THE TIPM AND IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL 1400.00 TO FIX. WE DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. BUT FROM WHAT I READ THIS IS THE PROBLEM AND DODGE KNEW ABOUT IT ALL ALONG. THIS HAS COST A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY AND I FEEL THAT DODGE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FIX. THE VAN'S HORN WILL BLOW FOR NO REASON. THE WIPERS WILL TURN ON AND OFF FOR NO REASON AND THE ENGINE WILL STALL WHILE DRIVING. PLEASE HELP.

The windshield wipers will come on unexpectedly, sometimes causing a brief surprise because I never know when it is going to happen.
