Our 2000 Dodge Caravan has rust around one of the strut housings, and it appears that a crack is forming.

The struts could come through the windshield at any time. Chrysler headquarters said it is not covered because the auto has been driven in inclement weather. In other words if you live in the northern states do not purchase their cars.
