Charger RT 5.7L Hemi

  • Automatic transmission
  • 246,800 miles

Car was driving fine, suddenly the Electronic Throttle light started flashing and the ESP light came on, the car started stuttering and accelerating on its own. I pulled over and had to put it in Neutral to stop because it wouldn't go into park because the engine kept revving up. Turned it off and on, and it was fine. About 30 minutes later, it started acting up again. I took it to the dealership who said it needed 3 software updates (what? Am I running Windows 95?) I am not sure if it is fixed because I am waiting on the last update to be delivered to the dealership.
