They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. The contact was driving 15 mph when he noticed a strong, overpowering odor of exhaust fumes inside and outside of the vehicle. The manufacturer was not informed in regards to the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 40,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. While driving various speeds and most of the time when the vehicle was idle, exhaust fumes came in through the vents. The vehicle would hesitate and idle very rough when the contact would accelerate. The dealer was informed about the failure, who stated that there was no repair available because they do not know what caused the failure to occur. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 3500 and the current mileage was 7000.

He would notice the odor approximately three to four times a week whether driving or idle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer but the failure was unable to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 150 and the current mileage was 9,818.
