The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. The contact was driving 15 mph when he noticed a strong, overpowering odor of exhaust fumes inside and outside of the vehicle. The manufacturer was not informed in regards to the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 40,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. While driving various speeds and most of the time when the vehicle was idle, exhaust fumes came in through the vents. The vehicle would hesitate and idle very rough when the contact would accelerate. The dealer was informed about the failure, who stated that there was no repair available because they do not know what caused the failure to occur. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 3500 and the current mileage was 7000.

He would notice the odor approximately three to four times a week whether driving or idle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer but the failure was unable to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 150 and the current mileage was 9,818.

The contact stated while traveling at an unknown speed and approaching a traffic stop signal; he stopped the vehicle and with the engine idling, a strong odor of exhaust fumes emitted inside of the vehicle. Also, the engine completely stalled on two different times. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on numerous occasions for the identical failures. The technician was unable to duplicate the failures. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. The contact stated he was driving at an unknown speed rate approaching a stop signal he came to a complete stop. While the engine was idling there was a strong odor of exhaust fumes emitting inside of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on four separate occasions where they were unable to locate a problem. In addition, the gear selector would not shift from the "park" position and the engine warning light indicator would illuminate on the instrument panel. The vehicle was diagnosed four times by the dealer and they advised there was not a remedy for the failures. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
