Car displaying battery saver mode have had battery checked and always with a passing diagnosis I have gotten car checked and it might be a faulty alternator car has donde this since starting of second year of purchase but never have out much attention to this U til now that car shuts off and have to get jumped in order to start I have seen in forums that people have this issue and is reoccurring in this model and year
The rear fuse box burnt out in the trunk of the car; almost causing a car fire and the fuse box is none operational but located next to the transmission, control panel, seats and airbags fuses and many other operational safety features of the car. The car has had all recalls, services, maintained meticulously with one owner no accidents.

Also, the "key fob was not detected" message was displayed and the vehicle failed to start. The contact called scott evans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (2280 bankhead hwy, carrollton, ga, (770) 834-5050) and was informed that the battery needed to be replaced and the computer needed to be reset. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The failure mileage was 88,700.
Electronic throttle body defect causes car to cut off while driving. Lighting bolt flashes then check engine light comes on. I was driving at 70 mph on the highway and then the warning lights flash bolt and engine then the cars shutsoff. Very dangerous
Today my car turned off all of a sudden out of no where. I have stated to the dealer for years that it is not normal for a car to say battery saver mode and lights, radio, dash and all electrical devices in a vehicle to turn of or stutter of and on. They said it is normal and that it is my battery. If a car turns on the alternator is supposed to take all the load off of the battery running in the engine nothing else. My car has stuttered multiple time off and in while driving and even almost turned off. This is not safe for driving around, because car could turn off while driving on a highway and I lose all control off the vehicle steering, brakes and accelerating. When I the vehicle turned off today I was stopped at a red light and the car started to stutter and then it just turned off when the green light turned on. I was unable to take a picture today and I was in traffic and it is illegal to drive and use a phone. I have multiple picture from the past but was only able to upload one

On highway going 65mph.car steering lost control and pulled sharp right off road. Could not steer or brake. All lights on panel were lit up. Road in the ditch at 65mph and ramped a driveway and still couldn't steer or brake.finally car came to a stop on its own or due to impact and high brush in the ditch.
I bought a used 2014 Dodge Charger less than a month ago. I haven't made my first payment and have to replace the oil filter housing and no a problem with my battery saver indicator shutting of functions of the car while driving. Dealer has recognized the issue by unwilling to pay for all cost and parts of repair.

The vehicle was towed to spitzer Chrysler Dodge (13001 brook park rd, brook park, oh 44142) where it was diagnosed that the alternator failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. While driving freeway, highway, in a parking lot or at a stop light my cars electronics are shutting off and occasionally the engine shuts off and my steering locks up. Sounds like the P60 recall but my car VIN does not qualify but had all the same symptoms and is very dangerous. This car is my only way to work and it's been getting worse and I have been denied a fix on this. This is not safe at all
My vehicle has a recall (campaign 17V-741) for the alternator. I took my vehicle to my local Dodge dealer for repairs and was advised that since my VIN is not in the Dodge recall database, the repair cannot be done under recall and I would have to pay for the repair/replacement of the alternator. My "battery saver mode" light illuminates regularly under load such as air conditioner. To date, Dodge refuses to honor the recall.
My car often sometimes the ABS & traction control light pop up out of the blue at the same time then goes off & also it seems at times the transmission gets stuck when reducing speed coming to S stop also the vehicle all of a sudden just turn off on me when I was run my a.C in a drive through as I proceeded to pull off

Alternator malfunction caused short circuit of hydro-electric power steering pump. Indicator lights began to flash and car would begin to stall while in operation until eventually dying completely. Alerted that VIN number was not part of the recall and had to have all work done at local mechanic.

While making a stop, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the front and rear wheels. The service center manager was notified of the failure. A dealer was not notified. In addition, the cruise control failed to properly engage and disengage, which caused the vehicle to idle highly. The contact had to apply force to the brake pedal and maneuver the switch function due to the failure. The contact received 61 safety alerts to a diagnostic trouble code device reader since owning the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact wanted a buy back or a trade in option if the manufacturer was unable to remedy the failures. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was not available.
Battery saver mode turns on while going 65 mph on freeway. Only my radio is on so there is no huge drain on the battery. Service keyless system is also something that turns on multiple times. At times the key fob won't open the door or start the car even with a new battery in the key fob.
