water pump loose and belt worn at 21000 miles

Car was making a squealing noise while running. Took to dealership (for noise and AC issues) and they kept it for 2 days this time. Claimed they didn't hear anything and had to order AC part. Turned car over with service mgr. standing there and behold, it squeals!

They had done nothing and I needed my car so I took it. Husband took a look at it and stated that obvious. It was the water pump right up front. You could see it bouncing while the car was running. The bracket that holds it in place was broken and this caused the shaking which wore the belt out. It the dealership had just opened the hood they would have seen it. Took car back to the dealership and told them what to fix. AC part still not in. Three weeks later, I'm calling asking if part ever came in. Got hung up on twice. Auto Nation Albany, GA!!!
