when i get into my truck, the wheel is at max elevation in the up position,turn on lights they work fine high or low beam. tilt wheel in any other position, lights go out(headlights) parking lamps still work. high beams work in any position. my wifes 2004 dodge intrepid had a similar problem and it was still under factory warranty. replaced turn signal,washer/wiper lever, problem was solved
