Well I,m back with the results of the leaking freeze plugs. Head gasket also blown because engine ran hot when freeze plugs went out. The shop owner added rust inhibitor to the radiator and told me there was rust in the radiator. The freeze plugs were rusted even though anti-freeze was in at all times and changed each year. I would advise using rust inhibitor in all dodge products. I don,t know what caused the problem but the cure is expensive.

rear freeze plugs leaking at 81000 miles. Vehicle maintained per owners manual.
Shop stated freeze plugs should give no problems. Took vehicle to private shop as I have had several problems with dealer.
