Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

The stabilizer bar on the 2003 Dodge Durango was coming out causing the vehicle to produce a grinding noise. The grinding noise was coming from the driver side front wheel. The consumer inspected the hub and found that the inner axle had grinding wear on the inside by the rubber boot. The stabilizer bar was coming out about 1/4 inch. The dealer suggested that they didn't hear anything and could not find a problem. Currently, the front end still wobbles and grinds when the vehicle is in motion and when stopping. The windshield wiper module was replaced.
