We purchased our 2014 in November. The radio was fine. Then periodically, I would see a Sirius XM screen come on. And I called the dealer after I saw it a second time. They told us that our vehicle was not equipped with satellite radio. I even called Sirius myself. We took it to the dealer and they could not ID any reason why it did this. Then I recently started having problems with it keeping a Bluetooth connection. It would go on the fritz between Bluetooth and the AUX connection. And nothing was plugged in....not even a charger.
Then tonight 7/20/2014, my husband went to the store and he said I would not play anything. The source options screen is gone and it won't come back up. I need to take it in, but the nearest dealership is over an hour away. And I can't leave my car there either...with it being so far away. I'm stuck right now.
