Grand Caravan LE

  • 173,000 miles

Fuel pump has to pump 4 to 5 times to start engine, then fuel drains back to tank when I shut it of. When I try to start the engine again I have to turn switch on 4 to 5 times to pump fuel to fuel rail to start engine.
