Grand Caravan Sports 3.3L

I have 2 repair shops that don't know what wrong. I had engine light on, so they were looking computer and said it was replay fan switch(rad) so i let them replace that. it still on, I also had one of the assembly fan replace and i had the sensor replace, i even had it coolant flush and a new temp change too.

the over heating didn't start till after the flush, change temp sensor and gage, and thermostat and the assebmly fan replace. now the fans will not kick on and when i use the air cond it come on for less then 10 seconds..

i had it 2 people and they dont know what wrong with it....
