Reading other posts here, I have the same problem. Noticed last fall that the fan only works on high. This van has turned out to be nothing but a P.O.S. I will never buy another Chrysler/Dodge vehicle. I will look into what it will cost to fix based on posts here, but I will live with it if I have to. It just amazes me how quality is no longer a word used by American-made vehicles anymore. You are lucky to get 100,000 miles out of any American vehicle anymore without significant electrical or mechanical problems.

Grand Caravan SE 3.3L

I got this fixed at a local shop and they put in an aftermarket NAPA blower that quickly quit blowing in just 2 days. It makes a repetitive rattling noise when it is on and increasingly blows less and less. They said the only way to fix it is to get a genuine chrysler part that costs over $300. I cannot afford it right now so I am having them replace the NAPA blower, hoping that will suffice for a little while.

The Blower resister back behind the glove box keeps blowing 1-4 speeds. Hi always works. I have replaced this twice but I don't know what is causing them to blow out. A guy at NAPA said the blower motor could be drawing to many amps. A new motor is like 300.00 dollars.
