Very bad electrical issues going on. The cars safe one day and the next runs awful. Have to start the car with a light switch the radiator fans do not work which causes it to overheat. The wipers don't work everything inside the car Windows radio ect work when they want. Changes all the fuses and the computer worked for awhile but now I'm back to nothing working and nobody seems to know a fix I'm really frustrated and need help

I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan 3.8 l for the past year and a half i cannot get out of my car with the keys into the ignition without getting locked out. I have replaced it once for $1200.00 it lasted not even five mins and it acted up again. I am driving down the road and all the door locks are flicking up and down as well as the lights inside the vehicle are coming on and off. Of course every time i park my car the battery runs dead as this is going on all day and night long and i must jump start the car daily now. This is terrible this is a serious problem because when your car is in park you should be able to step outside the car without it locking on you.
