Airbag Indicator stayed on all the time. Spoke with Dodge Customer Service and they said there is no recall on the Airbag Indicator, but there is a Tentative recall(It did not matter what they had). What it boiled down to after a long conversation is I had to pay for the repair and if they ever issue a recall they may reimburse me.
Took to the dealer and they charged me $95 to look, came back with a Diagnosis "Air Bag Light Found Open in ClockSpring" and told me that the Clockspring has to be replaced. Paid $200 + Taxes to replace the clockspring.
