I had 2 incidents today after I filled gas, where my Dodge Grand Caravan stalled when putting brakes on at a traffic light and while turning right. Any one knows what is the problem?

This has actually happened 2 times. Both times after hitting small potholes- and I live in MI- so they are EVERYWHERE! The entire car shuts down- lights, power steering- everything!I called the dealer and it is $270 just for the 2 hour diagnostic to START- no guarantee. and I only have a couple months left on my lease!
