Grand Caravan Limited V6

The door would open fine with the remote or with the buttons inside the van, but to manually open it, you had to be Hercules, which my 9-year old who uses the door isn't. We took it to the dealer to have them check it and they fixed it without calling first. It was a fairly minor issue that cost $600!
