Grand Caravan

  • 23,000 miles

We found 4 splits in the roof, each about 3 1/2 inches long. Dealer had to take pictures and get pre-approval from Chrysler to fix the problem. In the end it was fixed, but who knows how long the splits were there and how much rain leaked in.

Grand Caravan LX

I have two cracks at the top of my van. They started out real small, but now they are getting bigger. They are up to about 4 or 5 inches on each side, right by the doors. They said they would fix it, but it will still costs me $120 for a rental and one days pay gone for a total of about $300. Does this seem right for something that is not my fault?
