dealership states a dirty throttle body, explained not the case as it was examined by me who has been in the auto industry for 36 years. condition only when engine is running. states i have not been in for a oil change and should have so they could recommend cleaning. what a joke these service departments are. makes me very uncomfortable now for any service. this is a warranty issue that they do not want too cover
