This could be a potential safety issue as your warning lights going nuts, power windows won't retract, wipers and headlights not working properly and gauges for speed and engine revs being intermittent. Recall may be in order.

An exact repeat of Complaint #296 and was never fixed after two attempts by mechanic. The problem occurred after we replaced the battery.

Instrumental cluster lights turn on, all dial indicators go to 0, wipers turn twice, outside lights turn on and then off, and warning beeps inside. Can repeat different frequency time, but usually every few seconds. Some warning lights remain on, especially brake warnings and airbag. 2 dealers reviewed and recognized issue but stated did not know what to do. Rarely, after start-up only brake light and airbag warnings stay on and no other light issue.

First dealer replaced instrument cluster and improved by no left dial issue, but warning lights still occur. All warning lights, center dial, and right dial, lights, and wiper issues still occur. Dealer checked and noted programming issue but informed nothing can do. Now occurs more often. All brake warning lights now always show after beginning to drive. Then all other warning lights, and so on, begin as noted. Recorded and attached. Frequency has increased. If I turn outside lights on, lights will not turn off when issue occurs but turn signal still stops when I have them on. Other drivers then do not know if I am turning. Airbag, brake, fuel lights, wipers, and outside lights worry me since everything shows warning or stops while driving, as frequent as every few seconds during entire drive. Is one of the issues real or are they all pretend due to the vehicle issue? occurs all speeds, temperatures, and so on.

dash gauges not working properly

August 2016 driving down the highway and ALL the dash lights came on and the wipers came on as well. The radio came on when it wasn't turned on by me.The dash lights stayed on, no fuel gauge, no speedometer. My key fobs do not unlock the van and I have to use the regular key to open it. It's like this every day. I don't know how much gas I have or how fast I'm going--THIS IS DANGEROUS. I contacted Dodge about the problem and they say they stand behind their decision not to recall this problem. I called a Dodge dealer and they want $300 to diagnose & if the TIPM needs to be replaced it's upwards about $1200.

We are a one income family & my husband has been out of work a while from an auto accident. I've done tons of research and Chrysler Town & Country ( same company as Dodge) has had recalls with the instrumental cluster panel being faulty . There is no active recall for the Dodge but there are many complaints about the problem that should warrant a recall.

Chrysler T&C complaints of current problem my Dodge Grand Caravan is displaying--again same company, same parts!
