Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Received recall notice saying parts are available for recall P25 in January 2015. Have called fletcher Chrysler Dodge in franklin, in 3 times to see if they have the part and can schedule repair. They keep telling me that they have not been able to get part. Tried calling Chrysler group recall assistance center twice and remained on hold 1 hour each time. This is ridiculous!

My heat in the Grand Caravan stopped blowing heat in -10 below weather. I called Dodge customer service and they said take the vehicle to a dealer and have the issue diagnosed and call them back. The HVAC system needed to be updated apparently ( which means im not the only person that had this issue and is no fault of my own) and would cost $105 to reprogram the system. I called Dodge and they said nothing could be done as it was no longer under factory warranty even though their system programming was faulty. This is a safety concern as it has been one of the coldest winters on record and I purchased this van with 34000 miles on it June of 2014 to Transport my 4 month old baby and ive only put 6000 miles on it.
