All summer center temp control knob stays on cold(blue). Fall came, knob turns to hot,(red) but no heat, only blows cold air. Coolant is full, either Heater Knob is not telling valve to allow hot coolant in, or Valve is not working. How do I test and replace right one? Any help? Thanks, Rick.
