When the car was started the windshield wipers came on and cannot be shut off or the speed changed. The headlights cannot be dimmed. The direction signals do not work. The fog lamps do not work. Sitting in the garage unattended the car locked itself. Without the key in the ignition 2 red lights on the dash are now blinking. I purchased the car from al West Chrysler in rolla, mo on 2/11/2015 but was not able to pick the car up until the next day due to an undisclosed electrical problem. I asked [xxx] in the al West service department to report the issue to Chrysler Corp. But he said it would do no good that I would have to report it myself and gave me an incorrect phone number to call. I am currently looking for a correct number for the Chrysler safety dept. I feel this is a safety issue that ought to be corrected at Chrysler's expense.

I was driving down the road, (the road has a slope) my car hit a bump in the road and shut completely off. I kept pressing the brake but it didn't stop the car from rolling down hill because there was no power to the car. My car rolled into the back of another car. This vehicle is part of a recall and I have made several trips to a dealer to get it repaired but I am told each time that the part is not available. I am afraid to drive this car. This time it was an accident the next time it shuts off it may be a fatality.

My 2009 Dodge Journey has been to rick hendricks Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram at least 3 times to repair the recalled ignition part. I believe the first time it was taken in was November 22 and they stated the parts were not released yet for the repair. They than called me back two more times stating the parts were in but they weren't. my last visit was on December 20 and after 5 hours of waiting I was told the parts were still not in. I have wasted 15 hours in waiting and gas for two cars. They told me they would call me when the part comes in but no phone call yet.
