It is not hard to see from on-line reports that this 2002 Dodge Neon is a problem car and it should be recalled,

The reason it is not is not hard to figure out,,,,(cost) Dodge will not move if it doesn't have to but I wonder if Dodge will care if people start blogs telling the world not to buy any Dodge products?,
