This car vibrates like paint can shaker. I would hesitate to put an infant in this car for fear of shaken baby syndrome. Idle, forward, reverse, this whole car shakes inside and out like it's trying to rip itself apart. When it gets up to speed on the highway it feels like a normal car again. Replaced the engine mounts, no effect. I just want to warn people, don't buy this car, it's the worst one I've ever owned in my life.

I bought the car used in August of 2008. It ran great until Fall, when the temps were decent and I didn't need heat or air. The car idles really rough at stop signs and red lights after driving for a short while. It vibrates so hard other people look over to see what the noise is (it's the hood vibrating). My mechanic tried everything he could think of - fuel injector cleaner, tune-up, fuel filter, premium gasoline, adjust the timing (he even replaced the timing belt at 55k miles), new sensors... I also put in a complaint for the cracked dash, so check that out as well. How do I fix this? Or is it another Dodge issue they refuse to address?
