odometer quit working at 95,000. My garage said they have tried to fix the problem on other old dodge trucks and couldn't so they will not try, 'It is not worth the trouble"

The odometer has quit operating on my 1990, Dodge Ram 350. It has a 360 V-8, automatic transmission, dual rear wheels, dump bed, and trailer wiring provisions. Also, the odometer doesn't have a cable attached to it, but instead has three wires.

Please, help me in troubleshooting or repairing my odometer issue!!
