When backing or parallel parking and going at idle speed, brakes do not work. The vacuum pump does not supply adequate suction.

Truck exhibits serious pull to the left when braking. Been for service several times, replacing entire braking system, spent $2000+ on repairs, problem goes away for a couple months then comes back. Truck cannot be safely driven because the brake pull is so serious. Hitting the brakes can make the truck change lanes to the left (oncoming traffic). Cannot afford to dump more money into repairs for a problem that does not seem repairable (out of warranty). Saw many complaints on internet of same problem. Dodge must issue a recall. Very dangerous problem making lemons out of 4-5 year old trucks. Please help.

Ram 1500 4WD Diesel

3500 - started at 6000 miles the front brakes wore out. Replaced with new ones. Then again at 12000 miles front brakes, rotors, replaced. Then at 20000 miles calibers, brake pads, and rotors replaced. At 30000 miles master cylinder, brake hoses, replaced. Again at 40000 miles all the above replaced. At 50000 miles brake pads replaced again. At 60000 miles everything checked, tires changed, and still the truck pulls to the left at braking. Contacted Dodge customer service telling them what has happened. They said they could not help me. A service bulletin had been issued months ago pertaining to this problem but the dealer refused to help.
