I had the cupholder piece replaced as everytime you opened the cupholder that holds 2 drinks any sort of weight would cause it to collapse, it was useless. I did end up spending money replacing it at dealership can't remember price or exact date but I am so happy it is fixed, it was sooo annoying. I do recall it not being cheap to replace.

cup holder broken, that's a bunch of bull... dodge should understand that they bought a bunch of crappy plastic. all of this stuff should have lasted the life of the truck. they need to recall all of this stuff. if nothing else recall the dash. They will need a bigger bailout cause I won't buy another dodge...

The cup holder is not usable, it is broken and has to remain closed. Having all of these problems, the dash completely broken up, the cupholder broken, the suspension making that terrible squeaky noise, the heater not working is destroying the value of the truck. No one would want to buy it if we wanted to sell it, we would not get very much for it if we wanted to trade it, and it is not pleasant driving it. Wo, what are we to do. .
