I guess i could consider being lucky, not getting a flat for 5 years... However on a rainy night i experienced first hand that the factory supplied jack will not lift the vehicle high enough t lift to secure a 20" tire with air. it raised the vehicle high enough to get the flat off.... I had to call a tow truck after trying for 2 hours. next day the service adviser told me never heard of it, carry a block of wood in the back.... Dealership management said call corporate, they said handle locally. one great thing about dodge is that they have perfected the runaround.

needless to say lack of empathy or interest in remedying the situation cost Dodge future business.
