Went out to get into my truck one day when it was finally out of the shop for the engine stalling problems and used the remote to unlock the doors...funny...I didn't hear the driver's door click unlock. Pulled the handle and it was still locked. Went around the passenger's side and climbed in and had to pull with a lot of force to even open it from the inside. Drove it to the dealer again and they said the internal lock had busted...another week until the part comes in. Sucks hopping in the passenger side of your new truck all week.

Just as I read this is a real pain in the ass to deal with I have to use my key to open the door from the drivers side to get in unless i want to go through the passenger side. What a crock of crap. Not what I expected form a Dodge looks good but runs and lasts for crap.
