Ram 2500 SLT Cummings

the steering on my RAM 2500 SLT has a problem that feels like it locks up while traveling. it is in the freeplay in the steering box. the truck has 101,000 miles on it now. the box has been replaced, while under warranty once, at about 25,000 miles.

from what i have found, there is a defect in this part. it seems there are several problems with Dodge Ram steering. Will it still be warrantied since it has been replaced once? the truck is very unnerving to drive.
