: the contact stated while inspecting the undercarriage, he noticed the cross member was cracked. The vehicle was inspected by the dealership, but no diagnosis was given. Updated 9/15/2006 - the frame cross member that supported the transmission cracked. The underside of the cab was broken and bent at numerous points. The dealer was not interested in repairing the vehicle because it was out of warranty.

Tire is cut into on left turns and U turns by A-frame. Returned to weisner (Dodge dealer nearest my home) they informed me it was a problem with the 2000 Dodge Ram pickups. They told me the only thing I could do was have the A-frame ground with a grinder. I the took it to the dealer I purchased it from and they told me it was a Dodge problem and they would contact them. When I didn't hear from them I contacted Dodge myself and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. The last dealer (dowell motors) even put a new truck on the rack next to mine and it does the same thing. Truck is still under warranty. If not careful not to make sharp turns I will cut through entire sidewall of my tire. Have rotated several times
