Please read my previous statement about the Malfunction Indicator Light. I can't retype it all now, but you should read it!
At the last attempt to fix (Visit number 10, and this time out of the 3/36,000 warranty), we have resigned ourselves to eating the cost of this problem. I have researched TSB's on this problem, which I understand to have happened to many people with the Cummins Diesel. Ours is the Hemi, but it runs terribly, gets awful gas mileage (worse than you'd expect), and can't get out of it's own way. I look forward to getting this fixed at my mechanic who knows what he is doing, and will not repeatedly charge me at $75 an hour to pretend he has fixed something (like would happen at a dealer). I will have a cost on the fixing of this problem as of tomorrow. My family's safety comes first. I can't mess around with dealers until someone gets hurt. I would rather pay the bill and make my family safe. I'm sure this is what Dodge counts on.... that you just go away.
