Can you believe Chrylser/Dodge has the nerve to deny my warranty coverage on a diesel engine with 55,000 miles when it has a 100,000 mile warranty? They said I have a "dusted engine." They claim I let dust get into my engine and ruin only two of my cylinders, where as the other four are in such good shape, you can still see the cross-hatching marks on the cylinder walls. My dealership even wants to cover the repair under warranty, but their regional reps denied coverage. I am in the Houston, TX area and the two reps in question are Jim Neal and Stuart Richie. These two jerks won't even tell me anything in person. They refuse repeated request I have put in for them to contact me. Furthermore, they ordered my dealer to deny me any refusal of warranty coverage in writing. If anybody out there knows these two jerks, I feel sorry for you, but would you give them a message for me - Be a man and talk to me face to face.
