The technician informed the contact that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 13V528000 (steering); however, the dealer refused to perform the recall repair since the defective part was bolted in rather than clamped in on the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 150,000.
