Called Dodge recall resolution team on two occasions and they were unable to schedule service with this dealership. Recalls are useless if dealerships refuse or delay repairs. Would be interested to know what recourse is available or what next steps should be taken.

While driving through an intersection (West to East), I was struck on the left side of my vehicle, pushing me to the right into a traffic lane heading North where I then struck a vehicle head on causing front end damage. My air bags did not deploy on impact. This second vehicle was moving forward but slowing down at the time of impact to avoid the accident. I'm the original owner of my vehicle and have had no prior accidents.
