The owner said the dealership would not honor a recall for the lower ball joint. As the consumer was driving the vehicle, it had come to a sudden stop. It was discovered the right lower ball joint had separated. The dealership confirmed that the right lower ball joint had separated and the left lower ball joint showed wear. No repairs have been made.
