The issue originally appeared to be an issue with ventilation system and air conditioning, there initially was interruption with the blower then no blower or air no at all, after a couple of days during the very hot spell the blower began to work off and on! I contacted Fiat dealership in Cardiff who had a long waiting list and could get vehicle in on 31st. On the 25th after parking at lunch leaving car in the company car park leaving work I found the car would not start, called the recovery who confirmed battery flat, when he recharged he checked the blower which came on even without ignition on, he believed this was the issue creating flat battery.

I informed Fiat service department and dropped off vehicle on 30th the night prior hoping to hear following day what the issue was! Had to chase service department for info, at first they thought it was a relay system but appeared to be fudging, Friday 1.8. they informed me after I rang again that it was a relay problem due to the weekend approaching they would need to check with Fiat if they had equipment, they would ring back early the following week!

Had to chase on the Monday, info I got was the relay would have to be hand made and would take weeks! I asked as the car was still under warranty could I have a courtesy car, they informed me I would need to contact Fiat customer services on an 00800 number.

I contact customer service who gave me a case ref number and informed me someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours, no one rang got a text message. I waited a day and chased again, then the run around began. CS believe it is the service department issue as they have to complete the application in Fiat system, I'm allocated a case manager who rang back a few times on 6th but still no further forward, spoke with service department who is fobbing me off with the complications of the Fiat system.

I feel I am going around in circles!!!

Has anyone else had similar experiences and any suggestions...... Frustrated Fiat Qubo owner!!
