Component- cruise control cutout switch recall# 05S28. Performed repaired on 6 June 2006. Called my dealership regarding this recall, they adamantly refuse to perform a repair on my vehicle due to the fact that my vehicle repair history shows no open recalls. However an supplemental order order#16 was issued sometime in 2016 by Ford regarding this same matter stated that the repairs performed do not correct the problem and a new part must be installed. My vehicle does not have the repair that corresponds to this supplemental order, hence it shows no open recalls, apparently it was ignored by the previous owner. I called Ford national customer service and I was told that is up to the dealer. The dealer service manager informed me that due to no recalls open shown in my vehicle repair history I would have to pay for the repair labor and the part. The danger of fire is imminent if this is not repaired asap. I cannot do the repair myself or other than an authorized dealer for if anything happens I will be liable. I need that your Agency assists me with this very critical situation.

The right side of the dash has come loose and bounces when traversing speed bumps and rough roads. This is a known issue with a Ford engineered modification made in production and the Ford dealer in poway did not even know about it.
