They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. There is a crack in the "intake manifold" there appears to have been a plug inserted that has come out. We have been told that this has also happened to other police "intercept" models and Ford replaced the plastic manifold with alumin.

While driving at 55 mph the consumer went over a rumble strip on the interstate highway and without any prior warning the engine shut down. The fuel pump shut-off switch was activated by rumble strip on road.
