2000 Ford Crown Victoria Ford refused to install the protective package to my cars fuel tank area because it is not a police car. I expressed my concern regarding safety due to fires and deaths of police officers, but they said no civilians killed yet. I did not feel safe driving the car any more and sold it as loss. Ford Motor Company does not care one iota about their customers. Jan silverman.
