I have a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria that has started turning on the windshield wipers and the lights. This only happens when the car has reached operating temps. I have also noted dash lights and other automatic features self activating. Again this only when the car is hot (not when first started).the dealers have been no help as to the cause of the problem (I think it maybe related to the overheating problem Ford is having in police cars and taxi cabs, but will not admit it).
