Same Escape, now it looks like it is leaking upper front edge of passenger door headliner! What’s next?

Escape Titanium 2.Ol

I took my truck in 3 times for the same problem. I had a water leak in the trunk. First they told me it was the weather stripping in the rear hatch. They replaced it, but it didn't fix the problem. I took it back and they told me that it was the sunroof and they had to replace the whole top liner because it was wet, that took 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up I notice that it was not put together correctly so they told they were going to keep the truck and they will call me. Well they never did call me back, so I called them back after 3 days and they told me that they found another leak and it was coming from the railing on the roof, so once again they had to replace the liner and that took 4 weeks. I called ford head office and the called the Autofair Ford of Haverhill and they seem to get things going. I love my truck but and I got a good deal but the service was horrible. So it took them 6 weeks to find the problem and fix it.

water leaking in water leaking in

water leaking in around a pillars on both sides

So I purchased my 2016 Ford Escape SE on 2-10-2016 great car and so far I love it. That was until I noticed water leaking in around the A pillars. I seen some water line stains on both of them so I cleaned them off and waited to see if they came back and they did. So I knew water was coming in from some place. Then I was driving the car and it started to pour down rain and that is when the water started dripping out around the A pillars. I took it to the dealership the same day on 7-5-16 the service adviser said it may be a blocked drainage tube I hardly doubt it could be that with the amount of water that was coming in. I asked if anybody else had came in with the same problem and he told me no they had not, I cannot be sure if that was a lie or not. It really puts a sour taste in your mouth knowing that you have only had the car for 5 months and its already sitting in the repair shop. Anyways not sure what the problem is yet, but everyone beware that this is a problem. Makes me question the quality of a Ford product.
