Dash Dispay reads "Door Ajar" when all doors ar securely closed. This allows all interior lights to come on when drivng (which is an embarrassing pain in the ass at night when you brake at a stop sign or traffic light.)

This also keeps all interior lights on after car is locked & turned off. I've had to replace the battery from this problem already.

It comes and goes.. Never know when it'll happen, but has been continuing for Months & Months!!

The interior lights and running board lights stay on and drain my battery constantly. The door ajar light comes at any random time, even though there is not a door ajar! I think I have a major electrical problem here!!!

interior lights come on by themselves and stays on for awhile then goes out. other times lites come on ans stay on a long time, very aggravating going down the road. numerous calls to ford dealers and they say no recall has been put out on vehicle and 1 should for the sake of us and others.
