Turned off the car, got in it next day, the car won't start, the battery died. When jumped, the blower is on and the key is out, and the blower still on off. The car will turn over but not start, now does this when it rains. How can I fix this ????????????

HAVING MAJOR ELECTRICAL TROUBLES WITH THIS VECHICLE. STARTING WITH THE BLOWER MOTOR GOING ON AFTER THE KEY IS TURNED OF. THEN DASH WARING LIGHTS WOULD FLASH ON AND OFF ALONG WITH DIFFERENT RELAYS. THE WIPER WOULD STOP WILE TURNED ON. I HAVE REPLACED SEVERAL RELAYS AT $ 10 TO $25 A PIECE.THAT DID NOT HELP. THEN IT WOULD BEEP AND THE DASH LIGHTS AND SO FORTH WOULD STAY ON AFTER THE KEY WAS REMOVED,THE BATTERY WOULD DIE.DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY WAS THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP IT FROM DYING. KNOW THE THEFT LIGHT FLASHES AND THE CAR WILL NOT START. NOT HAPPY,HOT HAPPY AT ALL.THIS IS A FORD I SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE KINDS OF PROBLEMS.

First the drivers side window worked intermittently, then went out altogether. Next, the seat heater stopped working. Then the heater blower would cut on full blast when the vehicle was shut off. It has progressed to the windshield wipers cutting off while going down the road, interior lights flashing, the vehicle doesn't idle properly, radio cutting off, you name it. All I do to fix the problem is to disconnect the battery overnight and it seems to reset the computer and the problems go away for a few weeks. The problem has gotten progressively worse so I took it to the local dealership where their estimate to fix these problems is $1,300. Nothing like spending that kind of money on a $43,000 vehicle with 70,000 miles!
