Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 103,000 miles

I have read on some othersites about people with similar problems with their vehicles and it just seems like there should be some sort of recall on this particular make and model vehicle with all the problems that are being dealt with by Ford's consumers....it started with the check engine light coming on and staying on, then the rear suspension went out when we were on our way to Virginia for a wedding, then the abs light came on, then the turn signals quit working (those have been fixed), now the tranny seems to be slipping, the engine revs up at a dead stop, and the windsheild wipers come on whenever you start the vehicle up.

Working on a family and need reliable transportation for work and don't want to have to worry about stupid crap like this happening everytime we turn around. Why can't Ford stand behind their products enough to fix severe problems like these when they are happening to just about every 2000 expedition owner in the world????
